OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
Our OCR technology eliminates the time and labor intensive process of manually searching through boxes of documents. You can use OCR to find every instance of a word, name, number, or phrase with tremendous accuracy and speed.
DOCUMENT CODING
Objective coding identifies specific information you need for a systematic review of evidence. For example, we capture the date, title, type, author, recipient, copyee, and characteristics of each document. Our subjective coding (i.e. the capture of names mentioned and potential issues) also improves your ability to efficiently search a large set of documents.
LITIGATION COPY
Digital Legal implements a multi-stage quality control process that ensures page by page accuracy. We return all original paper files to you as if they have never been touched.
